The world right now is chasing a ghost.
A man who may be wounded, a leader who may be hiding.
Or perhaps a shadow commanding a war from deep beneath the earth.
or perhaps a bedridden man just the face of Iran born.
Where is Moshtaba Kamini? Is he in Moscow under the protection of Vladimir Putin? Or is he buried deep inside Iran’s most secret weapon, a terrifying underground labyrinth known as the missile city.
Because one thing is clear, this is no longer just a military conflict.
This is a game of shadows, deception and survival.
Hello and welcome.
I am Nikita Kapoor and you are watching Decode.

And in this episode we decode the mystery of Moshtavak Kamini’s whereabouts.
For days now, the whereabouts of Iran’s newly elevated power center, Mojava Kamini, have remained one of the biggest geopolitical mysteries of this war.
Multiple conflicting narratives are emerging, each more dramatic than the other one.
According to reports by Kuvet’s Aljarida Moshtabak Khini was secretly airlifted out of Iran to Moscow to undergo treatment after being injured in the first wave of USIsrael attack.
Now contrast that with what Washington is saying right now.
The United States of America, particularly the Pentagon, has put out a very different, far more chilling version.
US Defense Secretary Pete Hixit has made a blunt claim.
He says Iran’s leadership is not fleeing, they are covering underground.
His exact words were, “They are like rats hiding underground.
According to Pentagon, Mojabak Kamini is likely inside Iran itself, inside what are called deep hardened sites.
And this is where the story takes a dramatic turn because these sites are not ordinary bunkers.
They are part of something far more dangerous.
Welcome to Iran’s missile city.
A secret network of underground military bases carved deep into mountains hide hidden beneath layers of rock reinforced concrete and deception.
These are not just storage units.
They are fully operational underground missile hubs.

Think about this.
Entire ballistic missile systems, transport vehicles, launchpads, command centers, all hidden underground.
According to analysis from global defense observers like the international institute for strategic studies and reporting by the agencies like Reuters, Iran has spent decades building these subterranean fortresses.
Many are believed to be located near Esvahan and deep inside the Zagros mountains.
Why there? Because mountains mountains provide natural shielding making these facilities extremely difficult to detect and even harder to destroy.
These tunnels can stretch for kilometers.
They have multiple entry and multiple exit points designed to confuse satellite surveillance.
They are equipped with blast doors, air filtration systems, and independent power supplies, meaning they can operate even during sustained bombardment.
And most importantly, they allow Iran to launch missiles without ever exposing its arsenal above the ground.
This is a strategic invisibility.
And now comes the big question.
Is Moshtabaka Kamini inside one of these underground cities? The Pentagon believes very likely.
Yes.
According to US assessments, after the initial Israeli strikes on Iran, Iran’s top leadership activated emergency protocols and those protocols involve moving leadership into deep underground command centers like missile cities.
Hexath has even claimed Mojava may have been wounded, possibly disfigured during those strikes.
and is now being protected inside these fortified bunkers which would explain something critical like why he hasn’t appeared publicly why there are no verified visuals of Moshtabakamini and why every statement from Iran on Moshtabakamini is so vague.
Iran is telling a completely different story.
State media insist Moshtavak Kamini is alive, healthy and actively commanding operations.
They claim he is operating from an undisclosed command post.
No location, no footage, no proof, just state.
Meanwhile, Israel is watching closely.
Israeli intelligence sources have made it very clear.
They are tracking Mojava Kamini and their message is blunt.
You can run but you cannot hide from us forever.
Which raises the stakes even higher because if Moshaba Kamini is indeed inside a missile city, then these underground bases are no longer just war assets.
they become targets and attacking them would mean escalating the war to an entirely new level.
Now let’s understand why these underground cities are so critical.
Even after repeated strikes, Iran continues to launch missiles every single day.
How? Because its arsenal is not sitting in open fields.
It is buried, protected, hidden.
Missile cities ensure three things.
Survivability.
Weapons remain intact despite air strikes and so do humans inside it.
Continuity.
Command structures keep functioning and deterrence.
The enemy never knows how much firepower remains.
And this is why experts say even if Iran’s visible infrastructure is hit, its real strength may still be intact underground.
So we are left with three competing realities.
A leader in Moscow under Russian protection.
A leader underground inside a missile fortress.
Or a leader hidden controlling war from the shadows.
The truth still buried just like Iran’s missile cities.
And until that truth emerges, the world will keep asking the same question.
