Now, let me just ask you, would she have had any reason to be inside of what appears to be a van or truck at that time? Your honor, speculation or would she have had any reason to be in a truck with that individual that’s depicted in that picture? No.

Did you give her permission to be in that truck? No.

Did you give her permission to be taking a ride with that individual in that picture? No.

We find her.

You get told on that Friday that she’s deceased.

Um what’s your reaction when you find out that Kina’s no longer with us? Um I I lost it.

I just don’t know how you’re going to react to something like that.

Since that time, how how has this affected you since that time? I mean, a lot.

Um she has nightmares about her sister How old is Alice now? She’s 14.

It’s still affecting.
